Q1:  Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

A: We are a manufacturer since 2002. It is a well-known company with good reputation in China even Asia. we have served clients from more than 100 countries.


Q2: Can I visit your factory?

A: Yes, welcome to our factory and we will arrange it for you.




Q3:  How can you ensure high quality?

A: 100% QC on line and final inspection, no any defective products can be out from our factory; We have a lot of certificates to ensure our quality, such as ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, SGS certificate, etc.


Q4:  What's your payment term?

A: L/C; Western Union; 30% T/T deposit + 70% T/T balance payment before loading the container.

Q5: What is delivery time?
10-15 days after deposit,Except for public holidays.


Q6:  Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.


Q7: How long can I get a quote?
The quotation can be provided not longer than 24 hours on condition that we know all detailed requirements.


Q8: Can you provide OEM service?
Yes, we can produce under your own brand name. Logo and design need to be provided so as to make customized brand name.


Q9: What is the shipping port?

A: We ship the goods via Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shunde port.
