How to judge the quality of aluminum veneer

    First, look

Identified by observing and touching the surface of the aluminium sheet material and the inner and outer layers.

1. The words on the surface of genuine aluminum veneer materials are generally printed with imported inkjet codes, and the writing is clear, and the general labels such as trademark identification, manufacturer, address and even telephone are all clear and true; fake and inferior aluminum veneer materials are mostly used for surface writing Printed by ordinary printers, the handwriting is illegible, and the manufacturer, logo, etc. are generally unknown or not marked.

2. The authentic aluminum veneer material is made of high-quality raw materials, and its process accuracy is high. The surface and inner layers feel smooth and handy, and they are flat and free of spots. The fake aluminum-plastic pipe products are relatively poor due to cutting corners.

3. The wall thickness of the genuine aluminum-plastic pipe mouth and the aluminum strip is uniform, and the aluminum veneer material is tightly combined. The quality and thickness of the pipe and aluminum strip can meet the relevant national standards; while the fake and inferior products have a large deviation in wall thickness. It is thin, and the gap between the aluminum veneer material is large.

Second, burning

   Use an open flame to ignite the pipe. The true aluminum-plastic pipe is made by ultrasonic lap welding or hydrogen arc welding as the main butt welding. The interface is quite tight, and the aluminum sheet will not fall off after the pipe is ignited by an open flame; while the fake and inferior aluminum-plastic pipe and other combined pipes are caused by The aluminum sheet is not welded, and its interface is not tight, and the aluminum sheet will fall off after being ignited.

   Third, cut

   Use pipe cutters to spirally cut the aluminum veneer material into strips, and peel off the aluminum veneer material layer and PE layer by hand. The real aluminum-plastic pipe is a 5-layer composite structure, and its aluminum layer and PE layer are closely attached. It is not easy to peel off the aluminum veneer material layer and PE layer by hand; while fake products are cut corners, the aluminum layer and PE layer do not adhere to each other. Tight, easy to peel off.

   Fourth, test

  Using a small pressure pump to test the pressure resistance of aluminum veneer materials. The internal blasting pressure of true aluminum-plastic pipes is high, which can generally meet or exceed the requirements of relevant national regulations; while the internal blasting pressure of fake products is generally low or even low, which is difficult to meet the requirements of use.

   Generally speaking, after the above four methods are judged, the quality of aluminum veneer materials can basically be judged.
