   The first step is to rinse with cold water with a tap to remove all the polished aluminum dust on the aluminum panel substrate.

  
  The second step is to clean the aluminum veneer substrate again with alkaline water. The alkaline substance can effectively dissolve all kinds of grease on the aluminum panels substrate and supplement the stains that cannot be removed by clean water.

  
  The third step is to wash away the remaining alkaline substances with cold water from the faucet to prepare for the next step.

  
  The fourth step is to clean the aluminum veneer substrate again with an acid solution. The purpose is to clean the residues on the surface of the aluminum sheet substrate that have chemically reacted with the acid solution.

  

  The fifth step is to clean the aluminum veneer substrate again with clean water.

  

   The sixth step is to chromize the aluminum veneer substrate, and the seventh step is to clean the chromized arc-shaped aluminum veneer substrate with clean water.

  

The punching shape of the aluminum veneer is an important parameter that determines the appearance of the product. Generally speaking, the punching of the punched aluminum veneer can be designed to be round, square, plum blossom and other shapes according to actual needs. Larger, the lighter the weight of the aluminum veneer, but the weaker the pressure and tensile strength, which affects the application of punched aluminum veneer. Therefore, the customer must design the mesh size according to the actual requirements of the project.

  

  The punching rate of aluminum veneer determines the density of patterns on the aluminum veneer. Excessive punching will reduce the pressure resistance of the aluminum veneer and is not conducive to processing. If the punching is too wide, it is not beautiful enough and lacks artistic sense. Therefore, the punching of the punched aluminum veneer must be even to meet the requirements of engineering design.
