1. Installation method

5. Hang the aluminum veneer/wood grain aluminum veneer/aluminum veneer ceiling series on the keel in order, and then press down the inverted lock piece. The square end should be kept at a distance of 0mm or 20mm.
2. Main matters needing attention in aluminum veneer installation:
1. Handle with care when transporting. After a strong impact, the corners and layout of the aluminum veneer will be damaged, which will affect the construction and waste money.
2. Pay attention to the protection of the board surface during the installation of aluminum veneer. Do not touch the ground with the board surface to avoid scratching the decorative surface.
3. The variety, quality, color, pattern and line of aluminum veneer should meet the design requirements, and there should be a product certificate.
4. If the frame of the curtain wall adopts profiled steel keel, its specifications and shape should meet the design requirements, and should be treated with rust removal and antirust.
5. Aluminum veneer installation, when the design has no special requirements, it is best to use cored aluminum rivets, and a rubber ring must be inserted in the middle. The distance between blind rivets should be controlled within 100-150mm.
6. After the aluminum veneer is installed, pay attention to tear off the protective film after 3 days. It will be difficult to tear off after too long, and it will affect the appearance after tearing off.
